It is our mission at Expedite Solutions to provide an opportunity
to people to better themselves by persuing a career in the Expedite Industry. We have spent nearly a decade working closely with
people as they learn more about themselves and this industry. We
have designed 4 basic programs that enable people to “hit the ground
running” or continue accomplishing their career goals.
New Driver Program
This program focuses on introducing all the concepts necessary
to obtaining your Commercial Drivers License (CDL) and starting
a new career as a professional driver. This training program is only offered to single household teams. Single
household teams have the best chance to be successful in the expedite industry. Almost
all shipments are straight through deliveries requiring 2 qualified drivers. This
allows the truck to constantly be rolling toward deliver, as one person drives
the other can sleep. Also by having a companion on the
road, teams are able to enjoy the downtime while they travel
the country.

Experienced Drivers
Many drivers have already obtained their CDL and have some level
of experience. However,
many of these drivers have not run freight in the expedite industry
or perhaps could benefit from a supporting company. Expedite
Solutions will hire solo and team experienced drivers and
work to develop a business relationship anchored by trust
and mutual respect.

Lease Purchase
As new drivers progress from trainee to experienced
veteran some will elect to move into owning their own truck.
Expedite Solutions lease purchase program requires drivers to
have been drivers with Expedite Solutions for a minimum of 6
months regardless of your experience level. The lease purchase
program helps independent contract drivers make the step into
becoming a full owner operator. The driver will learn even
more of the aspects of running a small business like maintenance,
overhead but do so in an environment of support provided by Expedite
Solutions.
