 Independent
Contract drivers with Expedite Solutions are responsible to pay for
their own fuel. TChek Systems Inc. is the vendor
that Expedite Solutions uses for nationwide fuel services. T-Chek's
fuel cards are universally accepted at more than 6,000 locations. Expedite
Solutions provides all contract drivers with fuel cards to purchase
fuel for their truck. The fuel purchased to deliver a load
will be deducted from the driver’s percentage of the load pay before
it is paid out. This allows drivers to run freight without
having to carry cash for fuel. Each drivers TChek fuel card
can also serve as a payroll card. Driver can elect to have
their settlements deposited to their fuel card where they can access
their money at truck stops or ATM machines. Settlements can
also be directly deposited to the team’s home bank account.
Central
Business Services
 All independent contractors with Expedite
Solutions are required to file their own taxes. For many people, this is a new way
to pay “Uncle Sam”. Expedite Solutions has contracted with
Central Business Services Inc. to help drivers maximize their available
tax write offs and also be sure returns are filed correctly. Central
Business Services has 20 years experience in tax preparation for
the transportation industry. Central Business Services in conjunction
with Expedite Solutions has developed a “Blue Print for Success”! This
digital manual helps drivers prepare, monitor and adjust their budgets
to achieve maximum profits. By comparing their business variables
to other successful teams, the financial advisor can coach drivers
on specific areas of improvement. Cash flow statements, budget
analysis and profit/loss statements are all part of the “Blue Print
for Success”. Expedite Solutions will settlement deduct the
fees for these services to simplify getting the payments in on time.
HotShotTeam.com
 Expedite Solutions has been working
with HotShotTeam.com for years to develop a web based software system
that facilitates the business of hauling Expedite Freight. HotShotTeam.com is currently exclusively
available to Expedite Solutions drivers as a tool to monitor their
business performance. With features like driver settlements,
truck maintenance history and truck rankings regarding the key success
variables, HotShotTeam.com helps expedite drivers run their business.
Computers, Software, and Internet Access
All independent contractors with Expedite Solutions are required
to have a laptop in their truck. Expedite Solutions realizes
not everyone is in a financial position to purchase their own laptop
prior to coming to training. Expedite Solutions has leased
laptops available to drivers (while supplies last) with no long term
contract. This enables drivers to “rent” a laptop with all
the necessary software and internet access already on the computer.
These laptops are not available to be purchased. Each of our laptops
have a wireless internet card built in and drivers will have unlimited
internet access paid for at all TA Travelcenters of America. In
addition to accessing HotShotTeam.com online, drivers can use the
laptop for tracking business performance with the Blue Print for
Success. Finally, Expedite Solutions recommends a simple mapping
software program call Streets and Trips from MicroSoft. This
mapping software with GPS antenna is provided on our laptops and
can be very useful in finding those hard to find locations.
Transport Insurance Agency
 Transport Insurance Agency handles all of Expedite Solutions
insurance needs. With years of experience specializing in the
transportation industry, Transport Insurance Agency is the leading
service provider to the expedite industry. All independent contractors
are required to carrier “Occupational Accident Insurance”. This insurance
is designed to cover each driver in case of a workplace accident. Expedite
Solutions will settlement deduct these fees on a weekly basis and
pay them to Transport Insurance Agency on your behalf.

 Expedite
Solutions has been working with HotShotTrucks.com for years to develop
an expedite straight truck that mechanically can handle the miles
put on by a team operation but also have the “home away from home”
comforts needed to be out 3 and 4 weeks at a time. HotShotTrucks.com
provides all the equipment to Expedite Solutions. HotShotTrucks.com
customizes Freightliner Century Tractors to provide additional space
and amenities to Expedite Solutions teams.
