About a year and half ago my Wife and I decided we were going to change careers and after calling Driver Solutions, we decided on driving a truck. We were put in contact with the folks at Expedite Solutions and after my wife attended the training classes and obtained her Commercial Drivers License we were off on the adventure of our lifetime.

During our tenure with Expedite Solutions we have see and explored so many parts of our beautiful country. We have watched the sun rise over the Smokey Mountains and have watched it set over the waters of San Francisco Bay. We have experience and enjoyed so many things that never would have been possible before. In addition to seeing the country, we have been able to achieve a financial freedom that has allowed us to put money away for the future and also indulge in some of the nice things in life.

The adventure that my Wife and I are enjoying is a direct reflection of the vision that is Expedite Solutions. The support and encouragement provided by their staff are the driving force behind our success.

Before doing Expedite freight this last year, my husband drove a dump truck and worked loading docks, I on the other hand was in retail and a nursing assistant. We never had much time to spend together or money to go visit family far away.

Since we have been driving trucks we are together 24/7 (which made us get closer). We get to see family & friends all over and seeing the country, and getting paid to do all. We are not forced to take loads we don't want and if we want time off we just let dispatch know.

We have doubled our income to boot!

The thing we like the least is sitting & waiting for a load, because we don't feel we can make plans for the area without going out of service. We miss going to our church each Sunday (not all truck stops have church service). We have met a lot of nice people on the road. The only thing we regret is not doing this sooner.

We feel we finally found a great company to work for in Expedite Solutions. A company that cares for us not just the "bottom line".

Hank retired from his regular job and Pat was still employed at the time we needed a change but didn't know what until Hank decided to get his CDL and Pat says well trucking sounds like something we both could do together, so I went and quit my job and made a decision to go to school. We searched the net and we came in agreement that Expedite Solutions would be where Pat would go to school.

Hank also needed something to do that would fit into our financial situation with his social security and taxes. Expedite Solutions came about and after much thought we both thought this would be the way to go.

Pat finished her testing and we started work during the last week of May.

Expedite Solutions staff is great and will work with whatever the situation may be (especially when we were ignorant of trucking) and work it out for you.
